Adopt A Patient
We are thrilled to invite you to be a vital part of our groundbreaking “Adopt A Patient” campaign. With this initiative, we aim to spotlight the incredible impact of our primary healthcare program in underserved communities. By extending a helping hand, you contribute to making a tangible difference in the lives of those who need it most. The campaign is designed to be inclusive, offering various donation options to cater to individual preferences.
Option 1: Adopt a patient at $24 a year.
At about $2 per month, you will be sponsoring the basic healthcare coverage for ONE person per YEAR. It includes monthly health worker visits and TWO physician telemedicine consultations in a year.
Option 2: Adopt a patient at $60 a year.
By choosing this option, you commit to supporting primary health care (@ $24 per person) and basic annual laboratory tests (@ $36 per person) for ONE person per YEAR.
Note: These options exclude the cost of medication and specialist or additional services.
You have the flexibility of choosing either or both of these options, depending on your preference and the level of support you would like to provide. You can also determine the number of individuals you wish to support for the option(s) chosen.
